The rates include the following:
Dinner & Breakfast:  Breakfast, three course dinner, tea, coffee and juice
Bed & Breakfast:  Breakfast, tea, coffee and juice
Self-catering:  Full use of the self-catering kitchen, boma and pool. Rooms are serviced daily

 Notes:

• Check in is at 14:00 and check out is at 10:00
• 50% Deposit is required when the booking is made
• Prices are in ZAR and pp/n sharing
• Single supplement R200 surcharge
• Children 5 years and under are free, 6- 12 years are 50% of the rate sharing with parents on a catered package and R100 per child per night on a self-catering package
• Self-catering clients wishing to book a special meal while at Ehlathini can do so when the reservation is made and the price will be determined according to the menu.
• Game drives that are included in the rates are for Ehlathini property only.
• Self-catering clients are responsible for the dishes / cleaning of the self-catering kitchen before departure. Failure to do so will result in a R400 cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required before arrival and a 50% deposit required for a provisional booking.
Refunds on cancellation will apply as below:
Days prior to booking date.
01-07 Days - 0% refund
08-14 Days - 25% refund
15-21 Days - 50% refund
22-29 Days - 100% refund
Please note that the cancellation must be in writing.
